Award-winning Defiant Whisky has already started a revolution in the whisky world, and now they are ushering in a new wave of dining.

The makers of Defiant Whisky are launching a “Destination Dining” event series, exquisite and festive evenings overlooking North Carolina’s beautiful South Mountains. Each Friday beginning on October 23 through November 20, friends and loved ones can reserve a table at their newest event venue, Camp Golden Valley, to enjoy a gourmet 4-course meal and whisky tastings.

Table reservations are $69.95 per person, 21-years old and older, and include passed hors d’oeuvres, starter course, main entree and dessert. Plus complimentary whisky tastings!

We hope you can join us for the Defiant Whisky celebration in honor of the new law passage commemorating In-House Bottles Sales for NC craft distilleries and the Expansion of their new home at Camp Golden Valley on Friday, October 2nd from 3:00-9:30 PM.

This event is open to the public 21-years-old and older and will feature whisky tastings, hors d’oeuvres, live acoustic music by Wiregrass plus the merchandise store and bottle sales will be available. Hop on a chauffeur shuttle bus for a Defiant distillery tour happening throughout the event.

Put the best distilleries, chefs and mixologists together and you have The Grand Tasting, the largest culinary gathering in Asheville! Guests have the chance to taste great wines, beers, spirits, and meet and sample all the fresh, homemade, farm-to-table goodness Asheville and the surrounding region has to offer. Culinary and mixology competition events take place throughout the day.

A decadent evening of desserts, spirits, sparkling wines, and shopping, SWEET tops the cake in the Asheville Wine and Food Festival series. At the Historic Grove Arcade you will find an array of distillers, local bakers, patisseries, wine vendors, and shops staying open late.
